Interactive workshops designed to develop empathy skills such as emotional intelligence, and intercultural communication, conflict resolution and compassionate leadership. These sessions can incorporate workplace trainings to foster connection, teambuilding, DEIBJA, anti-racism, anti-harassment, and more.
Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology
Build mind-body-spirit-heart connection, integrate mindfulness and movement, and release trauma and stress from the body. This is an anti-oppressive practice that facilitates healing, self connection, self expression, self awareness, self love, justice, and peace.
Creative Arts for Healing
The creative arts can be used to develop empathy in a variety of ways. Music, singing, dance/movement, art, poetry, writing, comedy, theater, and other art forms can be powerful tools to help heal and release emotions held in the body.
